Develop a website

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a website for me. The website will have six pages, including: 1) Home page with search function 2) List of results from the search function 3) Details of an individual result from the search function (the users will need to have the ability to share these results (on facebook, twitter, google+, email etc). This page will also have google ads to generate revenue for the site 4) Subscribe page allowing users to subscribe to a regular email 5) Submit page to submit new entries to the sites database 6) About page Behind the scenes the website needs to have a database which is searchable by name and dates. I need to have access to this database to add new entries. Users will also submit new entries via the Submit page and I need a simple way to either reject these suggestions or approve them and add to the database. This project includes designing the database. Also, the site will allow users to subscribe to a regular email. This project includes setting up this email section and a program to generate the emails each week. I have the domain name for the website and this project will also include assisting me to get the website hosted. My idea for the site is to make revenue from google ads which will be displayed on the results page of the search function. This project includes enabling this and linking it to my google account. As this project is not particularly well defined I expect that there will be a lot of back and forth between myself and the successful developer to fine tune the layout, functionality and text of the site.
