Design open-cart Special deals page with admin interface as described bellow.

I need an open-cart for special event deals extension for my online store. The design on the front-end should resemble or the same like this link [login to view URL]'[login to view URL] -but when clicked on product it should open the products on my site in usual theme. -Open deals on its own page but with store footer. At the admin section: -Options to set the background, header color, logo or use store logo. -Option: for the names and the links of the mini menu on the top right at the front page -varies options ways of bulk add to specials -Option: category based deals -Option: display stock status on/off -Option: display percentage on/off -Option: display deal if quantity = 0 on/off -Option: To display small deal timer box above price box. (also custom themes) on/off -Options to see Expired deals and remove them. -responsive design on or off. -able to create many rounds and set start and end dates for round x -Multilingual Other important requirements: compatible with opencart 1.5.6 upto 2.0.
