Design And Integrate Prestashop Theme

I am looking for someone to install, setup, optimise Prestashop 1.5.5 and also design and integrate a custom theme based on Wine. I also require the setup of payment options including paypal and visa, mastercard etc.. I also need to integrate with Facebook for sharing of products and purchases and likes.
