Data Capture Loan Website

Hi I'm looking for someone to design and build a loan website. In terms of the site itself i want to provide customers with a registration page which captures basic info such as name, address, tel number etc. Following on from this i want to provide customers with the ability to access their case tracking information online. I also want the ability to add notes to their case. I also want a slider which displays rates, loan amount and duration and total amount payable field as well. I have used nopcommerce in the past and love the tracking and login facility it offers so something on a similar line to that would be ideal. Thanks in advance
