Daily Deals Aggregator / Portal

Hi Guys I'm looking for someone to design and build a daily deals 'portal', preferably using the Wordpress platform (but this is not essential). The site will be based on the Australian market. The site should incorporate the following features... - Aggregator - Blog - Forum - Voucher Storage I will go through each of the above separately... ----------------------------------- -- Aggregator The aggregator section will pull all details of daily deals (deal title, price, % saving, image, etc) from the user's city from a selection of pre-determined sites using RSS feeds, site scraping or whichever method you deem sufficient to get the job done! The aggregator will come with a number of filters... -> Ability to filter deals by type (Restaurants, Accommodation, Activities, etc) -> Ability to filter by the 'best deals of the day' (chosen by me) -> Ability to filter the most purchased deals still live -> The option to view deals in a 'list' or 'grid' layout. [login to view URL] -- Forum The forum section will be a simple forum to begin with, with the possibility of categorising posts and threads in the future as per any normal forum. [login to view URL] The forum section will be 'switched off' to start off with until we've reached a certain consistent quantity of traffic to the site. -- Voucher Storage After logging in - members should have an account into which they can log the vouchers they have purchased from all daily deal sites. This should be a form containing deal title, daily deal site, business name, expiry date, etc. They should also have the option to upload the actual voucher, in PDF or image format. There should also be an option to receive an email notification 14 days before the expiry date of a voucher. A good example of a site with this feature is... [login to view URL] This feature is an extremely important part of the site - it needs to be as simple, quick and painless as possible. ----------------------------------- Note that visitors their should be as high a conversion rate of visitors -> sign-ups as possible. The biggest point of differentiation versus other aggregation sites is that it gives the user an opportunity to log the purchase of vouchers and set-up expiry reminders - this point of differentiation needs to be made exceedingly obvious and really encourage the visitor to sign up! Extensive information will be provided to the winning bidder. I have also put together a basic design which I would like the winner to take into account when creating the final design. The design I have made isn't perfect but is a good representation of what I want the site to look like.
