Customize GeoCraft Directory Theme Search & categories selections - repost

I am looking to customize the GeoCraft directory theme. See the themes demo site here: [login to view URL] There are only a 6 major things that I need to customize in order to make this the perfect theme. I am not looking for you to build me a website. I just need some of the functionality of the theme changed. What I am using theme for: Nationwide realtor directory/search engine, that will allow people to search for Realtors by City Name (i.e. Miami, FL). In order for a Realtor to be included in the directory/search engine, they must pay a recurring monthly fee. (Payment is already included in the theme) Below are quick explanations of what I need customized. 1) On the Submit Listing Page - Primary Categories and Sub Categories in 2 separate lists I need a Primary Category Selection List and a SEPARATE Sub Category Selection List that pops up below once the Primary Category has been selected. (Needs to pop up the same way the "Would you like to make this listing featured?" pops up when a listing package is selected) Primary Category will = States (i.e. Florida) - Only able to select 1 when submitting a listing Sub Category will = Cities (i.e. Miami) - Able to Select up to 5 when submitting a listing The sub category must be a separate selection list because of the number of Cities within each State.  Please note that I will manually enter the primary and sub categories on the backend. 2) Ability for Web Site Visitors to Search for Realtors by the City that the resltor selected in the Primary/Sub Categories when submitting the listing, and NOT their actual address that was submitted Need location search bar moved to left side and have right search bar only search for a realtors name. Need the word "or" placed between the search bars. Search Functionality Goal: When someone types in a City Name (i.e. Miami, FL) the search results show all of the Realtors that Selected Miami, FL as their Primary and Sub Categories. Search results should be the category page of the city and display the results. 3) Change the listing profile page a little to better match a persons profile page vs a business listing. -need the image to be resized to better match a profile picture of a person (vertically oriented) I will give you the px size -there will be more room to right now that the picture was reduced in width. To take up this space I want the listed details to be in 2 columns instead of 1. (the listed details are things like phone, email, address, ect) I will need them listed in a specific order once I add all the options on backend. 5) change a few things about the featured slider that appears at the top of the category pages (I.e. the search results page for Miami, FL) -resize photo in the featured slider to better allow for a vertically oriented profile picture of a realtor. I will provide the px size. -remove the address from the featured slider 6) resize photo that appears in the search results lists (I.e. the list that appears on the category search results page for Miami, fl) -again, just need the photo size adjusted to better allow for a vertically oriented picture. That's all, the hardest part will be the search funcality. Thomas Asbury
