Customize Design of New Site's WP Template

Hello,
We seek an excellent designer/programmer to customize the appearance of our in-development travel website, which uses the WordPress premium template RichWP's "Minimal 1" ([url removed, login to view]).
We need your help to convey the best restaurants, shops, cafés and hotels of the world's best cities through excellent design and functionality.
We will handle the tedious work of uploading our listings, creating image galleries, customized maps, etc. We need you to help us design the gorgeous templates for our content.
Work includes:
- Significantly adjusting the "look and feel" of the template to create an original and compelling design that's consistent with our logo and purpose (i.e. site layout, colors, fonts, etc.)
- Identifying and configuring optimal image gallery/sliders, Google Maps, customer rating and other plugins/widgets to assist in site function and SEO.
- Customizing the appearance of our new search widget/plugin and how search results are displayed.
- Other site improvements as needed
Finally:
- Please include a link to your online portfolio.
- You must quote on this project specifically. We will not accept generic packages or quotes. Please put the word 'Seoul' in your reply.
- FYI I have extensive experience working with designers and respect (and enjoy) the collaborate artistic process. You can expect quick response times and clear and consistent feedback.
