Custom Programming for Joomla + Jomsocial Website

Hello we have a Website in Joomla 3.1.x with Jomsocial. We are making Soccer/Football social network where users will be able to learn tricks from youtube videos, send their videos and validate them.(2 languages Spanish and English) We need a team of programmers to work on this project. (Please dunnot post offer if you dont have a small team behind you) We need daily updates(Good ones) This project has its work behind and we want flexible programmers that will suggest to us "what will be better in occasions"... programmers that are actually interested on seeing this platform live...and will not ask for extra fee for every line of extra code. (Keep in mind there will be more jobs to be done behind this) Everything needs to be done for English and Spanish. We already have : 1) Joomla + Jomsocial Website with English and Spanish language working 2) Custom component made by last programmer (This component will fetch videos from yourtube for users to see, it also will display which videos are learned and which are not... it has some other functions too) 3) We got a Component that takes care of a very big part of user achievements (Level,points,Badges and rank... and last programmers added the field "Tricks learned") We will need to tweak this component to make it fit perfect with the projects needs. What we need : We need to do convert what we got...into a very similar (if not exactly) system to freelancer (We are talking about user achievements,stats,inventory,creditshop,membership...etc) In conclusion we need a team of programmers to link and modify all these components to work with each other, besides that.. we need to program something similar to freelancer as mentiones before.
