Custom Magento Manufacturers Display

This is a time-sensitive project. Clicking on the logo will go to a listing of that manufacturer. Also, the top menu navigation will need to link to this page, and have a list of manufacturers in the dropdown beneath. Must allow for new manufacturers as well. Please message me and tell me how you will create this, and how long it will take. Current magento install is matching the example site in most ways, but is not yet live.
