Custom Joomla template

We have made a design in .html code, that we want to use as Joomla template. You can find the design in the attachments. - The whole solution should be 'extremely' SEO friendly! This is very important for us, we have tried to make the design as SEO friendly as we can/know, but if you think that it can be more SEO friendly please let us know. SEO friendly titles, url's, meta, keywords with links, etc... - Please notice the links 'keyword', this needs to be the title with a link to the article/page. - Please notice the borders around the leaderboard and skyscraper. - It should be possible to display specific ads for each page/article. So we don't want 1 ad for all pages, but for example a mortgage ad for a page about houses and a mobile phone ad for a page about Nokia. It should also be possible to choose the ad from a dropdownlist, wherefore we just have to replace them in 1 place and not for all pages if we want to. - It should also be possible to give 'main' ads for the leaderboard, skyscraper and rectangle, which will be displayed if we didn't give a specific ad for that page/article. - There are 3 ad-positions: - leaderboard (728x90) at the top - skyscraper (120x600) at the leftside - rectangle (336x280 or 300x250) at the right-top of the main content part - There should be a sitemap. - There should be a searchtool. - We also want to import some datafeeds (now and also more in the future), which need to be displayed on the website in a proper way. We need a sort of module/option so that we can choose which data needs to be displayed on a specific position. Because not all datafeeds have the same structure and columnnames. - It should be possible to use and add other modules in the future. - We want to use this template for more websites in the future. - The Joomla template should be compatible with all browsers. Maybe you can give us advice about the SEO part, because this is very important to us. What are in your opinion the most important issues/parts? And which modules do you advice for the best SEO website? If you can do this project, please give us your bid and tell us in how many days you can finish it?
