Create website using dwt & CSS

This site needs to be created in Dreamweaver, using dwt and CSS. It will need to view perfectly and be editable in Dreamweaver. Please do not bid if you do not have experience in this. This site is already designed (png) and needs to be sliced and all pages created in php using dwt and css. The structure is a portal page and then seven identically structured sites underneath. Each of the seven sites represents a different business, linked from the portal. The page structure is the same for each of the seven sites, using different colour scheme for each. We require a dw-template and css for each of the seven sites. The sites will need to view in Dreamweaver and be editable in Dreamweaver. Need to have: - Portal page created - Seven different sites with all pages (not content) created (7 - 8 pages in each site) including mouseovers in nav bar - all pages will need to be created as php The site will have database integration at a later date, hence the requirement for php pages. CSS/HTML needs to be W3C validated and without tables Skilled programmer required, this is on a short timeframe.
