Create a website for a real estate company (brilliant designers only)

Create a website for a real estate company that will be based in Cyprus (city of Paphos). The design, especially the background color, should be very similar to this one [login to view URL] The diffrences are as following: 1. Instead of the 10 sections of that website, create 7 sections (upper-part of the website). They should be made in the way in which I can easily rename any of them. Content of each sections also should be made “easy to change”. It should be possible to write content in different colors and leave links in the content sections. One of the sections (fourth one) should include a contact form similar to the example website. 2. Languages should be English, Russian (???????), and Greek (? ??????? ). (You do NOT need to KNOW ANY language EXPECT ENGLISH to complete this assignment). 3. You do NOT have to fill any of the parts with content – this is not included in the bid that you place on this project. 4. All landscape images and illustrations should be different. I will provide you the images that you will use. 5. Easy-to-use website management system should be made. It should very easy to upload a new property or to delete an existing one. The photos that are uploaded should be automatically converted to appropriate size. If width-to-legth ratio is not standard, then the image should be centered. And the stripes of the color the same as the background color should automatically appear on the sides. The images should be automatically converted to JPEG/JPG extention. 6. No search by parameters should be in the listing section. Instead there should be made an automatic classification of properties by (1) price {high-to-low or low-to-high} and (2) type of property {detached house, townhouse, or apartment}. The visitors should be able to switch this parameters. In 2 other language versions of the website you will name them differently and I will let you know how to translate those. You need to know only English. 7. The webstie should be CEO frinedly. The bidder should present a link with her/his portfolio (at least one website should be shown). I will prefer a bidder who will provide some kind of proof that the website in his poftfolio she/he created himself. I also am interested in Search Engine rating of the websites in her/his portfolio. Only talented designers who are able to create a masterpiece quality should place bids on this project.
