Create a photo rating website and social network

I am searching for a programming team who can develop a picture rating website with a few social networking functions. Think Facebook meets HotorNot. Below are the details of this project. --The home page is a basic photo rating page. The visitor will choose a rating for the picture, and the page will refresh to display a new picture along with the average rating of the previous image. --We will have profile pages that display the member’s picture, details and images. The images are displayed on a separate page. Our image page will use ajax so there is no page refresh. --Members can become friends and send messages to each other. We will also have a groups page that functions exactly like a Facebook group. We want a clone of this function. --The member registration page is designed in ajax, and there are three separate pages that are required to register. --The admin panel will allow us to edit all profiles, images and groups. We have the images already designed in PSD format. You will need to use our exact design. Please only submit a bid if you are ready to work immediately.
