Create a freelancer type website.

I LOVE the Freelancer functionality and have decided to build one for a DIFFERENT industry. For privacy reasons, the industry will not be be disclosed until a BIDS are in and under consideration. An NDA will be required. English speaking and communications needed. Timely and excellent work skills in building a site such as this are required. This can be built from an open source platform and modified as needed. NOT all of the functionality of FLancer is needed, however the basics will be this. PROFILES for buyers and service providers are needed. POSTING of a JOB/PROJECT is needed. MATCHING the JOB/PROJECT with a service provider with the expertise/positive feedback rating and LOCATION would be needed. (NOTE: the industry involved is more hands on so if the JOB/PROJECT is in New York City, then the system/code should look for a service provider FIRST in NYC, and if non matching then the closest one to the location. Another function is NO OPEN BIDS.... meaning only the JOB/PROJECT owner can see the MATCHING service providers. The volume on this new site will be a fraction of FLancer.
