Create Forex Portal Site - Need To Have Good MetaTrader 4 Trading Platform Knowledge

The detail requirements to develop Forex portal site as below: - Must pull necessary RSS feed for Forex market news and display in homepage. - Display Forex price quote for all 27 currencies pairs in homepage. - Display price ticker for G7 currencies pairs in homepage - scrolling effect below banner slider. - Need spacing in homepage advertising space. - Need international clock to display different country timing. - Need to allow member to able subscribe to newsletter. - Need to allow member to register as member of this Forex portal site to be able to use functions like Forex forum, create group chat to chat within members. - Allow admin to upload contents / images in CMS. Images able to upload jpg, png with automatically re-size capability to make the uploaded image proportion. - CMS must be visual editor, can yous wordpress to develop this portal site. - Allow admin to enable and disable registered members to continue use this portal site. - Integrate necessary social media plugins eg. Facebook, Twitter. - Allow admin to insert additional submenus in each main menus in CMS. - Allow admin to insert additional main menus in CMS. - Create automatically email template to send to public who have registered as member and this email will automatically sent to the registered member when admin approved their registration. - Create another automatic email template to send to public when they register as member, this email will mentioned that administrator pending their account applications. - Portal site able to collect data collected from Contact Us page, subscribe to newsletter page. Able to extra the data in .csv and .xls format. - Developer will need to design 3 simple banners for homepage banner slider, need simple animation to display text only. This animation must be compatible to all browsers and safari browser too. Each banner slider will have a webpage link. - Each landing page will also have a static banner. Design to be create by the developer, keep the design relevant to the land page and keep it simple. - Developer will propose webpage design, layout for homepage and inner pages. - Developer needs to have good knowledge of MetaTrader 4 trading platform. - Main menus are: Home, About, Tools, News, Live Calendar - Need keyword search box. - Main menu Live Calendar will show economic calendar plugin in homepage. - Sub-menu to be determine again, but I intent to keep it simple. - I have some sample of the functions needed from certain reference site, but am also open to developer ideas.
