Convert photoshop to wordpress template

I have a simple photoshop design that I am suing for my joomla site. I would like this same design converted to a wordpress theme (see file for design). I would normally do this sort of thing for myself however Im busy working on customers sites and have no time for my own. I have a budget of $60 for this so please dont bid if you go over this budget. I would need to see a working demo before payment is made and payment is made via escrow. Feel free to strip out the text etc in the design to fit in with wordpress. Any questions let me know. If you provide quality work I have other templates I need converting to wordpress
