Convert a Template to a wordpress Website

I need an experienced developer to work on several upcoming projects most of which will be psd-to-wordpress.

Please bid only if you:

- have good experience at working with WordPress and know how to work within WordPress Coding Standards.

- have good knowledge of responsive design.

- have the time to send daily reports on work done using out project management system.

- have perfect understanding of responsive designs and can implement it in WordPress

- can provide a portfolio of previous WordPress sites done

- can replicate psd design on to WordPress (Psd will be provided by experienced designers who themselves are WordPress developers).

- can provide fairly accurate quotes on the number of hrs a job will take.

Please Note: It will be a waste of time for both of us if every single point mentioned above taken in consideration.
