Convert HTML to .TPL (smarty)

Dear Coders, I need you to convert my html-ready website (html and css) to .TPL based synthax to be use for WHMCS. It is not easy but clear and obvious. I will be prioritizing the one who are familiar with WHMCS and the matters (only experienced coders please, so I will not guide you through the step by step........so sorry that i'll ignore such question) Thank for stopping by and considering us as your next colleagues.
