Convert HTML Site to Joomla Web Site

We redesigned our website and have the mock version of the design in HTML, which contains css images cut up and jquery script to run slide show. This job involves converting the html mock to a full working joomla site. Refer to the existing site to get a idea of the content required, and to the png attachments for the various pages - we will upload the complete html site once a winner is awarded. We have only attached three images of the site but it contains a 5 pages in total, the two missing pages a identical in layout to the services page. We do not want just a copy and paste conversion of the HTML to PHP Joomla site. The designer must take into account SEO keywords when configuring the site, and modify html content with this in mind. We expect the site to be uploaded to a development environment on our server when ready for testing. We will provide a four milestones as part of this project: 1. For setting up the template. Template should contain the navigation menu working correctly for both the main and sub menu items, and be configurable/dynamic with the joomla templates module. 2. For implementing the home page with jquery slider banner - refer to [login to view URL] attachment. 3. For implementing all the other pages except for the contact us page - refer to [login to view URL] attachment. 4.
