Connecting to 2different databases

I need the script code that will let me connect to 2 different databases at the same time. I have a capture form that captures names emails, and such that should upload to my database mysql on 2 different databases on 2 different domains. I know this can be done but I just can't seem to get it right.
basically this:
fill out form: (i have the form already)
username: name1
name; my name
Email: email
password: password
$db1:
gets the info and stores it
$db2 :
gets the info and stores it
This way users can log into each site (different domains). [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
