Concept websites

We are looking for a php MySQL programmer for ongoing work. We need to build a website for us and since it is a concept thing, we do not have refined requirements. We need someone who can work with full time at least 8 hrs a day and can be online during that time. You need to have a proper access to Internet as there will be lot of meetings that involves video conferencing and sharing your work. If you are a company and you cannot assign one person to us, we are very sorry in advance. You need to be proficient in writing code in php following MVC model. We will pay you fix AUD250 per fortnight till the completion of work which could be anything 1-2 months. What we expect 1. A sample code nicely written in php using classes 2. Do not send us websites you made if you haven't designed them and only programmed them. 3. Tell us what editor you use for php and how comfortable you are with MySQL queries 4. If you are a designer as well and can create nice website layouts then we are happy to compensate you for that extra work. Most important, we are planning to build a team in future so this might be an ongoing work for you or we might hire you on permanent basis but thats later. We will be reviewing applications for next 2-3 days before we finalize. Thanks N
