Completely Fix errors on my site

Need these things fixed on my site. i want the search to be category specific and be able to search title and actual ad for word entered into search field. but must be within that category in that city. For example if i were looking searching in Los angeles California in escort category for a bbw only ads with bbw in Los Angeles would show up. Second- paypal pro is what i am using at the moment and needs to be fixed so that if someone is posting a paid ad that ad does not post unless card is accepted. Third- the ads are supposed to have a 90 day expire time on them if not deleted by poster and currently they don't Forth- i have a auto repost option for a fee on site and would like it if these only happen if payment is approved and as of right now this option is reposting weekly not days supposed to and need that fixed Fifth- would like ads to have some sort of identification number on bottom so that i can find them easier and for paid ads would like number to correlate with paypal payment.
