Code private customer service page into existing website.

Our business [login to view URL] would like to add a client only, customer service page to our existing (Squarespace) website.
Our company produces an aircraft moving map package specific to law enforcement and emergency services.
We are after a web engineer to code an additional page to our site that can only be accessed by registered members and administrators only.
We would require the following
1. Coding for user registration and login options.
2. Coding of administrator access for the management of approvals of registration and general access.
3. Build a simple attached online service request form (sent to ) The service request form would be required to carry all of the logged in user details with the email. Clients would just fill out the free text box request.
It is important that this secure page contain general space which is customizable for content such as, videos, instruction documents and news.
This general content will need to be maintained through the current normal Squarespace administrator access. (this job does not require this content to be built)
The user access link will need to be added to all of the three separate language pages currently setup. English, Portuguese and French.
(There will only need to be one English language support page at this stage)
