CMS Needed for my Website

I have a website that was recently built for me by another freelancer and I am to say the least unpleased with the result. I need my site to have a user friendly CMS so that I can edit all of the content that is contained on each page. In addition to this I need a few other minor changes to the site, such as adding a external link to the navigational menu and changing some of the colors on the site. I have already spent a good bit of money on the site so my budget is limited for this project. Please let me know if there are any other questions that I can answer to help you place your bids. I am trying to get this project completed within 24-48 hours.
