Build schools fundraising platform

We are developing a web based fundraising platform for Australian primary schools. The platform will allow members of the public to visit a fundraising page and make a donation via paypal. We need a developer(s) to build this platform for us...the details follow. To get an idea of what a fundraising page will look like please take a look at the attached template [login to view URL] The site itself will need to have the following elements: Public Site: HomePage (more details to follow) Campaign Pages (like the attached template) Registration Page - where schools can register to use [login to view URL] The fields we want in the registration page can be viewed at [login to view URL] Go to the School Registration Tab. Note that approval must be made manually by MrMonkey admin. Private Part of Site (Accessible by login) Schools Administration Page: This can be accessed by username (email address) and password and is where the schools can add campaigns and view results from campaigns. This will be where schools login to manage their campaigns and also where we login to manage the users and check statistics etc. See [login to view URL] Go to the School Admin tab to see an example of what the school admin page could look like. The basic functionality we want is: Modify School Details. Add or edit campaigns. View campaign results including a list of individual donors and donor amounts for each campaign. password reset MrMonkey Administration area: This is where we login to manage the site. Here we manage users and can view statistics from campaigns and across the whole site. See [login to view URL] Go to the MrMonkey admin tab to see what this page could look like. The basic functionality we want is: Manage admin users (add/edit/delete) password reset Manage Schools - this is mainly to allow us to approve schools who have registered to join donate. Also allow for school to be deleted. View summary statistics of donation activity View individual school campaigns Development Platform We are open to suggestions as to which platform to develop on but favour open source platforms. We would like it to be a very scalable application so that it can handle large traffic volumes in the future. Again any suggestion you have about what type of hosting is appropriate will be welcome. Paypal This application will be collecting donations via paypal and when a payment is made MrMonkey will be taking a proportion (in the order of 1%) as an admin fee. The rest will go to the schools paypal account.
