Bit Coin Slot Machine website required - repost

I want each person that visits the page to have their own personal address for deposits and their own personal URL for when they re-visit the site and want to access their funds held by the slot. If they don't keep their personal address then a new one is auto generated on every visit with a 0 balance. They should be able to also withdraw the funds to any bit coin address they choose (as with the examples) and the whole betting environment should be anonymous. No log-ins or personal details required for anyone to bet. the site should also be provably fair as with the examples with hash secrets etc. Will also need full tutorial on how to run the site and deal with payments in/out and adminster the site.
