Big Cartel Website

I need a custom website using Big Cartel. I already have mockups of the design and layout. I need the coding and am willing to purchase an existing template if that will help speed up the project. More details: Homepage with image slideshow, facebook button, twitter button, 3 links top navigation, 4 or 5 bottom navigation links Catalogue Pages: 3 (men,women,accessories) Product page with tabs for product descriptions using a jQuery Other pages (just shell needed where I can add copy) about, policy, shipping, ect Total Pages Needed: approx 10 Fluent english only. Previous experience with Big Cartel a plus.
