I need to build a brand new property sales website. I need it to be done on a platform that looks professional but one that doesn't take long to load on standard computers. Im looking to build a easy to use but professional website but with slight extras as sellers (whether agents or individuals) will have their own control panel to edit their listings and also that they will receive by email or text when people are interested in their property. Basically would need a full website that looks great, simplicity to use, ebay style customer control panels and a few other extra. I will need it that i can also change and edit certain texts and pictures around the site so that I can keep updating it but the template will be the same. I already have the name, and can get webspace also, thanks
