Basic Website creation

I have registered a domain name and purchased web-hosting. I now need someone to set up a basic website with up to 10 pages : 2 forms for Newsletter Registration and Quote Requests and the usual links from home page such as About Us,Contact Details,FAQ,Specials, Products Offered, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions. I have a logo to work with, but some extra product-appropriate images/design is desirable. Tenderers should provide links to previous work done ; slight preference for local Sydney designer. This site is temporary and at some point later I will be wanting to develop a more complex website with product database and e-commerce .
