Basic PHP Member Area (Using MySQL), No Design Required!

I need a basic member area created using PHP, running off a MySQL database. No design work is involved - just basic HTML output. This is a quick and relatively easy job with clear instructions and specifications provided. Great for a coder with PHP and MySQL knowledge looking to build their RAC ratings and earn some cash!

The database is already created, although some extra fields may be required.

The site will consist of the following pages:

- Join

(Note: They may have a signup code + you need to verify their email)

- Login

- Forgot password page

- Logout

- Welcome message

- Member homepage

- Edit Details

Full details and specifications for each page are provided in the attached word document within the Zip file on this bid request.

Note, if the coder is good then they may be offered further work on the same project. This is optional, but may prove profitable in the long term for you!

PHP needs to be commented.

You need to communicate via MSN messenger as well as on RAC (this is quicker, and allows 2 way conversations)

Site needs to "include" a header, footer and 2 side menus (left and right) on each page.

You need to use smarty template engine so that it is easy to integrate with design.

Neat layout, although no design work required.

If user tries to login but has not had their email verified, give them a link to resend the verification email.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
