Crawling Google and Bing

I need a PHP function to crawl some given data into search engines and retrieve some results. The function will also make process on some of retrieved results before output them. This function will be used many times a day. So you should be able to deal with the LIMIT of queries for each search engine. The worker should make a small demo for the requirements before indicate him as a winner. Full details in PM.
