I need a customer system writing in Visual Basic 6.0 to remove duplicated effort by uniting two systems currently being used to record information. The customer system needs to present approximately 30 fields on a front-end form that then updates the other systems automatically. One of the systems is an Access 97 database, that holds about 20 fields of customer information on one table, and about 30 fields of customer information on another table. The tables are joined by a customer code relationship. The customer system needs to update these tables automatically. The second system is Outlook 97. The customer system will need to create Outlook contacts automatically. As well as creating customers the customer system will also need to give the facility to amend and delete in the Access database and Outlook, too. The customer system will also need about five different reports writing to extract data from the Access 97 database and from the Outlook 97 contact activities journal. I will provide a full specification of requirements, but will not tell you how to create the contacts in Outlook simply because I don't know how! Presumably, you'll be able to use some sort of COM object, but I don't know where you'll get that from. You'll also need to be able to supply it to me as part of the finished run-time install package you deliver. All code must be documented, and hungarian notation should be used as a variable naming conventions. (e.g. strFilename or sFilename, intCounter or iCounter, etc.) I look forward to receiving your bids!
