Business Mileage Tracker

I am looking for this project to complete very quickly, I have been trying to get this done on RAC twice now. Also looking for suggestions.? If you have a better idea on how this should look and feel, let me know. Looking for a business mileage tracker that: ? - Calulates personal, business and total mileage Will work with Microsoft 2003 or later when converting to an excel sheet - Uses a database, visible? with a datagrid or something similiar. The display Fields needed are ? date location purpose (business or personal) start mileage end mileage a field that auto completes either business and personal - I would like the "start" location and "purpose" fields set as auto complete (when a user starts to type into that field, it completes) - Once an entry is added to the database the end mileage is auto-entered in the start mileage field, the purpose and date field is maintained until a manual change when adding new entries. I make entries all month long so it will need to maintain its current state. I would like the database to be able to be converted to an excel file when I am finished at the end of the month and the database able to COMPLETELY ? be reset so the next months data can be entered. Any edits within the mileage tracker should update the? total miles (business, personal) ? The excel file must use the same layout as the datagrid.? - On? another form stores my customer database file where I can add, delete or edit also displayed in a datagrid or similiar. Need the name, team, month and employee number to save? and added to the excel output on the top along with the Mileage total, business total, personal total. I have a completed project, but it is very buggy and I need someone to start fresh.? I have attached screen shots of what I have. I am sure that I am forgeting something here that we can discuss or add once project is started. I will attach the file if I can or send it via email once accepted.
