Access to SQL Server Migration

Our commercial software is generally first installed as a single user version running Access. We need a utility that will reliable transfer any data in the Access database to the SQL Server version. The Requirements document that details these steps would not fit in this text box so it is attached as a zip. Please read completely and based on your knowledge of SQL server feel free to suggest alternatives/additions. Prototype of User Interfaces must be submitted and approved by buyer. For costing purposes, factor in at two edits to this prototype prior to development. ## Deliverables 1) Complete, bug-free, and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Code must be commented according to the following rules: a) All comments in English b) At the start of any Forms, Functions, or Modules a comment must appear at the start of the code detailing high level functionality, parameters passed into or out of the module, and a description of any variables used. 3) No global variables are allowed. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Any third party tools, libraries, OCX's, or other included files that require a runtime must be identified by the programmer and approved by the buyer in writing. 5) Programmer agrees to fix bugs found in the code for a period of 90 days after they are paid. 7) Programmer will allow a maximum of five days from their final delivery for acceptance testing. ## Platform Access 2000 SQL Server Visual Basic 6.0
