Deal Aggregation Site Script customization

Initially you need to implement city selection with update to Cron jobs so that aggregation can be done correctly for US and Canadian cities from all the different daily deal site. Cron jobs are already there to parse data from various deal site which need to be customized so that aggregation can be done accurately.

There are two types of cron jobs which need to be customized

1) Jobs which parse RSS feed through deal aggregation API provided by daily deal site like Groupon

2) Some daily deal site don't provide RSS feed so direct screen parsing is used for deals called screen scrapping
