Code simple 2 page website template for use with CMS Made Simple

I have a homepage and then a sub page design that needs coding into a template that can be used with cms made simple ([login to view URL]). The homepage is a simple 3 column design with a slideshow scrolling banner at the top. The sub page has a sidebar navigation that will need a popout menu. I can provide the designs on request if needed for quote. The template must work with the latest version of cmsms and be valid clean code. Let me know if there are any other questions.
