This is a project where you will be entering 516 spreadsheet files into a database. We will require that you sign a Non-Disclosure agreement before we can send you the spreadsheets. I will also need to know how much you will charge on a per spreadsheet basis for any future spreadsheets we need converted. I don't care if you automate the task or not just as long as the data is in its correct spot. If you do automate the process please note that there are a couple of different formats. If the deadline needs to be extended for you please state that in your bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
