Chat Sniffer Program

We need a simple application that detects chat programs (messenger, Aim, ICG, yahoo, and MIRC) on a network. This will be similar to msn chat monitor and sniffer located at [login to view URL] Once detected the administrator will be able to view all incoming and outgoing messages as well as the following information. Sample or mock code will be provided. * User name * IP * Time * Sent to * Sent from * Email address * Nickname * # of messages * Mac address The application will export the information in the following formats. * real-time text document * real-time HTML * real-time SQL Database * Emailed on a schedule to an administrator The application needs to have a home version and business version. The home version would work on the local machine only. Both versions need an installer. The applications should only work for 15 days before user is prompted to buy serial key from specified website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
