CGI Text Ammendments

Hello. I have a CGI CMS system. There is some data in a .txt file on the server for the value of an address. I would like to ammend this text file to ammend the data however it will not allow me to do this. On the same page there is also a contact form which DID previously work until we moved server but now it does not. This needs fixing. This is also the only page from the internal CMS which is unable to be editted with the CMS system, not sure why. Your job is to fix this. I am unable to disclose the URL until the bid is won however for the right person this will all be very easy. Thanks Please can someone make this changee and explain how afterwards?
