Apache Configuration - Web Users Authentication

Sirs, we need to setup an authentication method for our service platform. -Users must login and be redirected to their root directory (each user have's its own), with restricted rights, and also to a public directory of functions. -Group management is required, via? web interface (each group have's an administrator who migth add others users to a root beneath his own path) We have a CentOS with SSL cert installed (<[login to view URL]>), but a virtual server can be deployed if considered necessary.
