Access DB

I need someone to build some queries and data entry forms in an MS Access DB. The tables are already structured and one data entry form is done. I just need someone to kick out a few of the basics on this. I'm not familair with how this is done, so if you know how great. If not, then I just need the queries and forms mentioned above. The deadline is tight on this one. I need it by Sunday, 8/3/03 at 10 am (EST). Person who takes this on will really need to communicate with me on the status of this project. Looking for the basics: -data entry form for new client, appointments, and inquiries -client file maintenace form -Ins. Plan & Physician look up function for maintenance -update physician & ins plan cross reference. -Need a query in a Form/Report where staff can query DB for statistical information (#of Apt. in 3 months, Type of referrals & %, Number of procedures done in a specified period of time) -Need a query to help manage client call back and follow-up situations. User would enter the parameters and data would be returned. 2) Upgrade DB to MS Access Project and write a few Web access pages. If this part is done then I'll need help understanding how this gets installed on the server. ## Platform I'm using Win ME and MS Access 2000 If we decide to do the Web Access part, I will be loading this on a Unix server.
