a simple projct data capture and display application

We have a simple application where certain classes of users can enter project data (description, category of project, the unit who wons the project, benefits, cost, expected completion date, etc), and the application aggregates and shows web based reports by category, or by owner group, status, savings, etc. The framework and a demo is already comleted. it just needs to be finished in a few weeks.
