A php script to upload and convert word docs to ebook formats

Hi,
I am looking for a person or a company to write a php script which will allow somebody to upload a file written in any popular format such as word, open office, pdf, txt etc and have that document converted in to an ebook friendly format, or multiple formats such as mobi, epub etc.
At the same time of converting the file, i will also need the code to create a sample of the document, for example two chapters and then also save this in the above formats. The documents would then need to be stored in a file on the server and a reference to their locations added to a mysql database.
I know there are free classes around that can help with converting the documents, however i need this to be very robust and handle multiple formats.
The selected bidder will need to sign an NDA and agrees that upon completion of the project the code remains our property which cannot be used by any other party other than ourselves.
