asterisk client control panel

project is allow clients control their files which ar .gsm audio files which recorded by asterisk , each file name is : caller number_called [login to view URL] ,example :[login to view URL] its on CentOS server. want client able to : filter files by one or more of ( caller, called, from date and to date). the search result should appear in table and client should playback the files and save to his pc and can delete the file . and there should e an authorization of user by username and password. thanks. budget shouldn't high than 100$ who don't have experience in this field , don't waste my dime.
