Develope prototype of B2B e-marketplace

Aim is to build software prototype which is working and can be tested. General idea is to build app which will bring together all interested in business: -Company offers tires -Company looking for tyres -Credit insurance company -Logistic companies What will companies do? -Login and enter user data with EU VAT number. -Post an offer or enquiry with necessary data -Buyer will see in real time landed cost of a tire and ETA to the warehouse -Logistic data coming from the company directly (truck volume, place, date, direction, direction via, available space) -Insurance company will cover credit risk and insure open account business based in balance sheet of partner (additional service) Software must be working model with scenario: seller - buyer - transporter and insurance > completed transaction (open account or pre-payment). Data entry simultaneously from 4 different computers.
