Decry-pt Flash Data - repost

I am looking for a program to be made that can decrypt data from an Adobe Flash plugin on a website. The program must output the data as an Excel spread spread. This program will need to run every few hours. Below is one of many url's that have the data I need decrypted. This is a web site that sells tickets. Each url will have one event. This is a map with an interactive seating chart. Once you go to the url you must click on "use the map" then you will see several sections (each section has a number/letter), roll your mouse over any of the sections that have prices and click (most of the time they will be in a blue color). Now the seating chart appears. Each highlighted Dot is an available seat. I need to be able to scrape this information, but the information is encrypted. That's where you come in. the information I need is the available sections, rows and seats that are available with the prices. Can this be done?
