I uninstalled the vBulletin Plugin vbSEO and now i want to apply a rewrite rule (301 redirect) to forward the traffic from previous URLs to the new URLs.
However my knowledge of rewrite rules is very limited and therefore I'd be glad to get some help.
Previous URL 1 (with vbSEO installed):

New URL 1 (after uninstalling vbSEO):

Previous URL 2 (with vbSEO installed):

The rewrite rule shouldn't be for only the specific pages above but also for other topics and pages. The above links show the systematics of the rewrite rule I need.
