Create a global pricing feature in Tribulant's "Checkout"

The "Checkout" WordPress plugin by Tribulant doesn't offer a global tier pricing feature. My client's site offers quantity discounts on books, and the discounts need to be cumulative (applies to the total purchase). Tribulant offers product-specific tiered pricing only.
