Create dynamic Like Buttons for social media sites

I have a PHP Job Board which has several jobs displayed on a single page ( Search Results), what i am looking for is for somebody to write a snipet of code so that i can add a like button to each job advert ( So there will for example be ten different items on the page each with their own set of like buttons). However i want it so that when somebody clicks on the like button it takes them to a specific page, ie a job description page with all the details and not to the page of search results. Please do not send me a generic bid, with a load of useless links that have no relation to what i am asking for, any such bids will just be removed, if your interested in this work, please message me with a brief summary of any experience with dynamic like buttons. I also have several other jobs on here and would be happy to give all the projects to the same person/company. Thanks
