Convert Python Program to Online Website

I have a python program that takes a list of accounts and tests the logins at [login to view URL]

By visiting this link you can see the login fields. After that is logged in it will ask for a security answer.

My current program will take a list of accounts and it will check the logins are correct, and if they are not, it will display an error message and the reason.

I need a website built that will run my program, it may need to be translated into PHP, I'm not sure.

It will need to keep a record of the accounts that work successfully. This needs to be split into 3 files or separate locations, it doesn't matter to much how I receive them.

1. A total list of all successful accounts (once added, a duplicate cannot be added for a second time.

2. Xbox Accounts

3. Playstaytion accounts

Files 2 & 3 once I have added them to my external program I want to scrub the files manually until the new one is added.

The program will be sent to the developer as well as the layout for the website I want, although it's a very simple design.

The options I want the user to see on the site is:

* Text field, "Enter Skype Name"

* Multiple choice (drop down or button), Xbox;Playstayion

* Text again, big box that allows users to paste all emails in, one per line

* Button, "Check" or "Go" to begin the process.

More information can be given. Also, most of the PHP code can be given I believe for most of this project, it's just a case of putting it together.

I also need to load a list of proxies to this. After a large amount of logins from the same IP there will be a IP block, so after I receive this block I need it to switch onto a new proxy to be able to carry on checking.

Although it may seem like a lot of work here, it is just a matter of putting my python program online onto a website so users can check accounts for themselves.
